Particle Wind
A particle wind is a stream of charged particles flowing outward from a star or other energetic object. The Sun produces one called the solar wind, made mainly of electrons and protons that travel throughout the Solar System. These particles can interact with planets and magnetic fields, producing effects such as auroras and shaping the space environment around them.
