Lunar Bodies are natural satellites that orbit planets, dwarf planets, and other larger objects in space. These bodies are held in orbit by gravity and can range from small asteroids to enormous spherical worlds with complex geological histories. Some are remnants of collisions, while others may have formed alongside their planets from disks of material billions of years ago. Their surfaces can preserve ancient impact craters, frozen plains, mountains, volcanic deposits, and evidence of enormous gravitational forces. Several moons are active worlds rather than inert rocks, with underground oceans, erupting plumes, moving ice, or ongoing volcanism.

Framing Note: Frames are selected by the artist and are included primarily to protect the artwork during handling and transit. Collectors are welcome to reframe the artwork after receipt according to their personal preference.
