Artist and sculptor, Whitney Wolf, announces the opening of Wolf Studios with a reception to introduce his recent works, Chaos: Revisualized. This exhibit and reception is scheduled for Aug. 24, 7-9 p.m. at 1207 Formosa Avenue, Winter Park.

Wolf, best known for his curious depiction and interpretation of science and its mysteries, explores the concept of chaos from its scientific and physical perspectives.

Wolf's work demonstrates chaos as diametrically opposed systems joining together to create unique forms and structures in stimulating watercolor, acrylic, bronze and aluminum.

In his mixed metal sand-casts, Wolf brings together molten metal, man-made elements with water and sand to create spatial sculptures that pull the viewer in to explore the texture and random form created by the casting process.

"My work thrives on energy" states Wolf. "It's intensive and demanding of thought and purpose."
